IMPORTANT Salt Water Sandals are manufactured in US sizes. The size on the sandal and on the box is the US size. US sizes are one size bigger than UK sizes. For example, a UK size 9 is equivalent to a US size 10.

If for any reason you want to return your order you can return it to us in a resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If you would like an exchange please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
In addition to our standard 30 days returns policy, we offer an extended holiday season returns policy to make gift purchasing even easier. Orders placed from Monday, November 4, 2024 can be returned until Monday, January 6, 2025.
To make returns simple, we will provide you with a QR code that you can use to generate a return label at your local post office. There is a £2.95 charge for use of this return label which is deducted from your refund.
