If you want to return your order for any reason, you can do so in a resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For exchanges, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
In addition to our standard 30 days returns policy, we offer an extended holiday season returns policy to make gift purchasing even easier. Orders placed from Monday, November 4, 2024 can be returned until Monday, January 6, 2025.
To make returns simple, we will provide you with a QR code that you can use to generate a return label at your local post office. There is a £2.95 charge for use of this return label which is deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions
All items must be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. When trying on shoes, please avoid scratching the soles or marking the shoe box.
Returns must include the shoe box as it is considered part of the product. Place the shoe box inside another box to prevent damage during shipping. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered in any way. Alternatively, we may reduce the refund or exchange amount accordingly.
For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:
- The product(s) have been used, worn, damaged, or washed.
- The tags are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned.
If we propose a reduction to your refund, you will be informed. You may then choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.
Faulty Items
Items are faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. A free return label will be provided for faulty items. Items damaged by normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty upon receipt, you can return it for a refund within 30 days. If you have had your item longer, please contact Customer Care.
Late Returns
Orders should be returned within the returns policy period. Returns sent back after this period may be accepted at our discretion.
Repeated Returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to enhance your shopping experience. However, we monitor returns, and repeated returns may lead to account closure or refusal of future orders.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
